FCA Consumer Duty Live & Local events

The FCA is running a series of two hour Consumer Duty ‘Live & Local’ events aimed at small-medium firms in the retail investment and mortgage sectors.

Held across a number of locations in the UK between February and June 2023 (click here to view dates and venues), the events are designed to help firms understand:

  • The background to, and key elements of, the Consumer Duty.
  • The areas firms should consider to ensure they are meeting the new requirements.
  • How the Consumer Duty applies proportionately.
  • The FCA’s supervisory approach to the implementation of the Consumer Duty.

Please note there is a registration fee per person per session:

  • Regulated firms £85.
  • Compliance consultants £170.
