Login FAQs

  • I’ve reset my password by completing my email address above but I haven’t received an email.
    • Please allow a few hours for the email to come through.  Please also check your junk or spam folders.  If you still have not received a new password, please complete our contact form including your name, email address, firm name, and network name if applicable.
  • When I try to log in I receive an error message saying ‘user not defined’.
    • This means our database does not recognise your email address.  Please check the spelling and that it is the same email address that was used to register.  If you have previously opted out of our mailing list, this message will also appear.  Should you wish to be added back onto our database please complete our contact form including your name, email address, firm name, and network name if applicable.
  • I have tried logging in but I still cannot view the member pages. 
    • This may be an issue with your cookies, which should be temporary.  Please try restarting your internet browser (or use a different one) or refreshing the webpage.
  • I am not a member of AMI.  Can I have access to your website?
    • Unfortunately not.  Only our member firms (including Affiliates and Associates) can access all areas of our website and receive our communications.  This includes firms who are appointed representatives of network members.  We do not publish a list of our members; if you are unsure whether you are a member please complete our contact form including your name, email address, firm name, and network name if applicable.
