Mortgage Climate Action Group (MCAG) announces latest green webinar on energy efficiency

The Mortgage Climate Action Group will be hosting its next green-focused webinar entitled ‘The Challenges of Greening Housing Stock: Valuations, Lending & Retrofitting’ on Monday 20th March 2023, 1-2pm.

Hosted by Alex Beavis and Stephanie Charman from one of the Group’s founding members, Sesame Bankhall Group, the online event will bring together a range of leading industry experts to discuss what is needed to make existing properties more energy efficient, with a focus on energy performance certifications (EPC) and retrofit.

This is the Group’s third webinar following on from its latest event in November 2022, ‘Seeing the BTL Market through Green Tinted Glasses’ (which is available to re-watch along with previous webinars here).
