Consumer community group (qualitative) videos

As part of AMI Protection Viewpoint: The Perception Gap we held a community group session involving 15 adults. The participants shared their views on cost of living challenges and their perceptions of financial advice. 

NB: we’re only able to share videos of those participants that provided consent. Unfortunately, none of the women taking part gave their consent for their videos to be shared externally but where relevant we have shared their views as part of The Perception Gap report.

Industry case study videos

As part of our community group (qualitative) research we showed participants a selection of case study videos produced by:
