My firm has ARs/IARs but hasn’t received the data request?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, please check your Principal User details on Connect are up to date and email [email protected] to ask for the request.

I’ve submitted the data request but I’ve realised some of the information is incorrect. Can I re-submit?

Yes, you can resubmit the data – email [email protected] and the FCA will send you a new link to reopen the form. Everything you entered previously will be pre-populated.

What happens if I don’t respond to the S165?

Firms within scope that do not respond to the request could be subject to further action by the FCA.
