The Transfer of consumer credit to the FCA

  AMI has responded to FCA’s and HM Treasury’s consultation papers on the transfer of consumer credit activities to the FCA.

FCA publishes proposals for regulatory fees and levies for 2013/2014

FCA has published its proposed regulatory fees and levies rates for 2013/2014. The overall Annual Funding Requirement (AFR) of the FCA and PRA will be £646.3m, which is a 15% increase on FSA costs last year. The FCA will account for £432.1m.
