The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has released two new free tools designed to help smaller firms stay secure online and protect their businesses.

Cyber action plan only takes five minutes to complete and results in tailored advice for firms on how they can improve their cyber security.

Check your cyber security – performs a range of simple online checks to identify common vulnerabilities in your firm’s public-facing IT.

All checks are remote, without the need to install software and uses the same kind of publicly available information as cyber criminals use to find easy targets.
